The golf course is beautifully located by Evjesund in the Oslo Fjord, just under ten minutes drive from Moss center, between Moss and Larkollen.
From day one, Evje Golfpark has had an ambition to be among the country''s best golf courses, and already after a few months of operation, the course had a visit from the Peugeot guide who gave Evje Golfpark 17 points out of 20 possible, which seriously placed this fine golf course on the golf map, not only in Norway, but in Europe.
Forest and park course with well-known signature - Evje Golf Park was designed by Jeremy Turner, who is considered one of Scandinavia''s foremost golf course architects. He has also designed golf courses such as Hauger, Kongsberg and Nøtterøy.
The beautiful 18-hole course consists of two nine-hole loops where the first nine wind their way through an open landscape with wide fairways and large greens, while the last nine, which take you all the way down to Evjesund and the Oslo Fjord, are more hilly, surrounded by forest and with more water.
Golf for everyone - Evje Golfpark is designed for players of all levels with seven defined tee locations; 64, 61, 57, 53, 49, 49, 44 and 39, so that everyone will feel at home with us - regardless of whether you are looking for a championship title or want to shrug your shoulders with good friends.
It is a short distance from the car park to the clubhouse, the fitness areas, the pro shop and the 1st tee. Everything is in close proximity to each other, and it is fine to take a quick break after nine holes, on the way to the 10th shot.
The course is not specially adapted for the use of golf carts, but golf carts can be rented in the pro shop when the course conditions allow it - as long as you show consideration and do not leave unnecessary tracks.
