The establishment of the Club de Golf de Ulzama and the signing of the lease of the factory took place at the end of 1963, after the four founders had rejected the idea, advised by other clubs, of previously buying the neighboring or nearby lands. Construction of the course began in 1964, and the chosen designer was Javier Arana, a former Spanish golf champion who had already made others, including El Prat in Barcelona. Through Vila de la Riva Arana''s acceptance was achieved.

The store is the nerve center of the club. The central functions of golf services are carried out in it: information, reservation of schedules, field trips and the purchase of the necessary items to play golf. From this service, the championships are organized and directed, the results are computed and published, and the life of golf at the club is kept under control.
