With its location in the area around Tystrup-Bavelse Lake, and its exciting design, Sorø Golf Course is a very well-attended golf course. The area is known as one of the most beautiful in Central Zealand for its varied, vast and hilly landscape.

To a large extent, the course''s architect Jan Sederholm has taken into account and adapted the course into the existing nature, which is spiced up by numerous lakes and streams and by many stone fences, all of which are in play.

As the course is the club''s biggest asset, a lot of resources are set aside to ensure that the course always appears in a well-kept condition.
