Tegelberga Golf Club is located in Alstad parish in the municipality of Trelleborg, just north of highway 101 and just at the border with Svedala municipality, 20 minutes from Malmö and 10 minutes from Sturup airport. Here, in an open rolling landscape, the hilly landscape characterizes nature, so far from how one imagines southwest Skåne and so unique that the area is classified to be of national interest.

Tegelberga''s golf course has the character of a classic hilly Scottish moorland course in Skåne with interesting natural features, such as the so-called dead ice lakes which are memories of the most recent ice age.

The original 18-hole course, the Old Course, was completed in 1990 and had Peter Chamberlain as its course architect, incidentally the first of the more than 40 golf courses he designed in his career.
