Associated with his brother Guy Dewez and his friend Jean Kerguen, he created the Marin village of Ciappili made up of wooden frame houses (Red Ceddar) in 1970, then Domaine de Sperone in 1985 and the famous golf course, opened in 1990/1991 .

A great sportsman, a born competitor, he started golfing at 60 with enthusiasm and astonishing vitality.
